Rich Allen began learning about the world of entrepreneurship from a young age when his mother opened her own bath and linen shop called Finishing Touch in 1977. From there began his interest in, and education about, all things business. Purchasing his first Hallmark Gold Crown franchise in 2001 set him on the path to small business ownership and our store was born! His wife Margaret joined the company in 2007 and together they have expanded the family business to multiple locations across four provinces.
